Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SouXeroEnan platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SouXeroEnan platform ("I Know Someone for You"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform. The platform operates in Cyprus and is intended for users within Cyprus.
2. Description of Services
SouXeroEnan is a platform connecting customers with tradespeople ("Masters"). Customers post service requests and Masters submit offers. The platform facilitates the connection, messaging between users, and a review system. We are not a party to agreements made between customers and Masters.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Masters must provide truthful information about their skills, experience, and certifications. Each person may only have one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: posting false or misleading content, harassing other users, using the platform for spam or unsolicited advertising, attempting to bypass security systems, and using automated tools without written permission.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the platform, including text, photos, reviews, and messages. You grant SouXeroEnan a non-exclusive license to use this content for the operation of the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Payments and Fees
Payments for services are made directly between customers and Masters. SouXeroEnan does not mediate financial transactions and is not responsible for payment disputes. Prices listed in offers are indicative and may change upon agreement between the parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Masters. We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from transactions between users. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to the platform in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. After termination, some data may be retained in accordance with our legal obligations.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
